STORAGE
1. We offer rentable D.I.Y. space in side lockable, ventilated, insulated containers within a secure warehouse, or non ventilated outside units.
2. Customers may use the space to store legally held items for as long as required, while complying with the rules of this business.
3. We offer easy access, activated by a recognised mobile phone number to a staff member from the entry point. Outside units have unlimited access.
4. Your own key allows access to your individual container.
ITEMS YOU MAY NOT KEEP IN WAREHOUSED STORAGE
5. Food, perishables, living creatures, explosive volatile, self combustible and dangerous materials such as petrol, fireworks, gas and acid.
Motors must be drained of oil and fuel, and batteries must be removed before storage.
Guns, ammunition, poisons and drugs may not be stored.
INSURANCE FOR WAREHOUSED STORAGE ONLY
6. A limited to total loss insurance is included in the rent charge, covering flood, fire, theft damage or loss to your property. We have public liability and fire cover for the property and business.
PAYMENT
7. Rent payment is required monthly and in advance of the approaching month unless a special arrangement has been negotiated.
8. Access may be denied on the non payment of fees and your belongings removed at our discretion, after reasonable attempts to make contact fail.
9. To prevent misunderstandings please inform us of your change of contact.
10. Although we are confident in the facilities offers, we recommend you arrange inspection of your belongings at 2 or 3 month intervals.
11. When you have finished with the container please remove your padlock and leave the container door open.
